My kitchen and bathroom both have light oak cabinets, although I would have preferred a darker color. It's time for me to gut the bathroom and put in the tub of my dreams. When I was very young we had a claw foot tub, I would love one of those.

You have Royal Palace rugs in your kitchen?
We obviously have very different families, LOL! The kitten alone would destroy them. This morning she very carefully took all of her dry food out of her bowl and stacked it in a pyramid in the middle of the kitchen floor for DH to see.
Your kitten sounds like one of my dogs. My big Lab/Gr Dane has favorite flavors in his food. He picks out the nuggets he doesn't like and spits them out on the floor all around his bowl.

that claw foot would only give you a water depth of about 14".......if you were going to do a tub of your dreams.....you'd probably want a deeper water depth..............................raven

I've light hickory cabinets with rubbed bronze hardware, with a light blue/cream corrian counter top. The backsplash is punched tin tiles.
LOVE tin ceilings! I have a friend who scored big time when she found a whole rooms worth of punched tin ceiling tiles from an old building demolotion project. They are gorgeous and her hubby did their kitchen and family room ceilings with them.

My terrier cleans up after the big guy. I just always have to remember to reduce the amount I put in her bowl by about the amount that she will scarf up off the floor!
