I can look at a box of Junior Mints, my childhood favorite movie candy.  On the rare occasion I have bought a box, they just don't taste the same.

A lot:  Mounds / Sky Bar / Turkish Taffy ( crown pullers ! )

           Pills on long paper strips /. Candy  corn

Butterfingers...

 

Don't know what they did to them, but now they have a "chemical" taste to me - Oh, but how I used to love them, back in the day. ♥

 

ETA: I tried one a couple of years ago, and had to (literally) spit it out! Smiley Sad

I remember liking Cherry Mash as a kid but the thought of one now gags me.  Do they even still make them?  Fun thread!
