First time in a year and half, looking for a new tablecloth, found one, but nothing else interested me.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

I always liked looking around in Homegoods.  Seldom bought anything and now there isn't one close to where I live, unfortunately.

I went to HomeGoods this morning. They are just putting out their halloween and fall decor. Even though I need another pumpkin like I need another hole in my head, I bought a very pretty cream colored one one. I have the hardest time resisting fall decor.

I have a Homegoods store about 10 minutes away and I go there often.  It's my favorite place to browse.  However, I have the most luck when I don't go there looking for a specific thing unless it's something they always have a good stock of.

I have been looking for a new comforter forever both in stores and online for over a year and have never seen something I like more than my current one so I stopped actively looking.  I was at HG last week looking for my favorite dog poop bags which they always have and found the perfect comforter.  That's why I always browse the whole store even when I'm just going for one thing, you never know what you're going to find.  I've also learned that if I see something I'm interested in I'd better buy it then because if I go back a couple of days later it's almost always gone!

I have purchased many otems from Home Goods . I have 2 in my immediate area .

I do find you have to look often and if you see a big item such as furniture , then buy it as it will be gone by the next day .

I went to HomeGoods a few days ago. Wow, such a disappointment. They have gotten NOTHING new in. All the same things on all of the same shelves. In fact, it looks like leftover styles from 20 years ago. Come on HomeGoods!!

@lkat I have gone back to buy something that afternoon and it was gone. Must buy when you see it, it can always be returned.

You never know what you'll find at Home Goods, TJMaxx, or Marshall's ( all in the same family) that you can't live without - LOL.  I've gotten a number of good things at these stores; kitchen items, Michel Products liquid soaps, name brand hairspray, a few pieces of clothing, seasona! decor, Rae Dunn mugs & decor, nice purses (American Leather Co. and Patricia Nash).  Right now, I'm shopping for, and collecting, decor items for our daughter's very non-traditional wedding coming up this fall.  DH and I felt like we struck gold yesterday at TJMaxx.  I found my dressy evening bag too!  It's also been the case where at times I've left empty handed too.  It's always a gamble when you walk in.

It's the truth, though - if you see something that strikes an interest in you, grab it while you can.  You can always return it if you change yiur mind.

I love looking around home stores. I rarely buy anything.
