It's not the biggest deal in the world, obviously, but I think it's a pretty big deal for Wendy to make a mistake like that given that she makes a lot of money selling on HSN and has loyal customers.  To say she was on QVC all weekend is a slap in the face to HSN.

....she knows the money she gets for her shopping channel gig is green.  That's all she cares about.
