DH and I have been together for 26 yrs. but today is our 10 anniversary. We had our little celebration last weekend.

Otherwise, a usual Tuesday, fog rolling in, wet air.

Whats really new is I LOVE Summer. My grandkids are now here 3X a week and We have been having so much fun! AND so far they have painted our dinette set, house cleaned as in did woodwork, windows etc. Next week they tackle cabinets.

Today I was told Im the best grandmother in the world when I put together brownies (one of them made) with ice cream and chocolate syrup on top. Haha! We always have treats for them. (Its good they all work on the treadmill and dancing)

we had two forest fires a couple of years ago. (here in town) and every time it rains, there are warnings about flooding on the burn scars----hmmmm---it has been a cold summer with a few days of sun-----I live near the foothills and those poor people are subject to flash flooding----like last year

Just for fun?

I had a couple calls by people trying to sell me things. Went through my routine with them and when the calls ended while they didn't sell me anything they did get a few laughs out of some of the comments and I was telling them.

But then that ""is not new with me today "".
