Well today this happened...........

It was the first time in history our garbage men didn't pick up the garbage during the night,so when I got up and looked outside to see if Barkleys stuff was gone, all my garbage was strewn everywhere.People had been picking through it.I had some of Barkleys older beds and just some older stuff of his in it that nobody had wanted.I had donated all the rest of his good stuff.

So I went outside,still half asleep, to clean it all up .

Suddenly,my cousin came running across the street,(lives across from me) telling me she had a 4 week old kitten her daughter had found stuck in a pipe that needed a home.She has 3 large dogs herself and my cousin has 3 cats.She works for the Humane Society.They all live in the same,small house.Asking if I would like to have it.

Of course I would,I love cats but I am extreamly allergic to them.Instantly my throat closes up,my eyes swell up,and I get hives all over if I get near one.But my daughter, lives upstairs from me ,took him.She already has a female cat I found a couple of yrs ago.This kitty is male. Millie,her cat is cautiously observing the little one ,she growls sometimes but the little one stays his distance.He is very smart.They did get close nose to nose when they thought noone was watching.He has found the litter box by himself and ate some food.Now I'll really never be able to vist my DD upstairs.Even my grandson living in my basement apt.has 2 cats that I found along with my DDso I cannot go downstairs either........

I so wish I could have a kitty.{#emotions_dlg.sad}

So listen to this..........{#emotions_dlg.ohmy} While I was in my cousins house I happened to glance out the window to see a small dog ,size of a chichuhua (sp?) running like he** across our very busy street.He looked lost and scared.I dropped everything and ran outside but he was gone.I walked about 3 blocks in the direction he went but he was gone.{#emotions_dlg.sad}I cannot imagine where he went so fast.I have never seen him before and I know every dog in this neighborhood.He looked lost.

I'm not ready yet and I don't think I really can have another because dog ay my age there are so many concerns to think about, like if i die first what happens,but..........................

...the thought went through my head that MrB has sent me this dog.You all know that story.He knows I love Chee's.I have told him about his brother Chee Wee all his life, and here was a lost one ,running in fear..

I ran outside as fast as I could, but I didn't see him anywhere .I'll keep looking maybe he will come by again.I hope he does have a family and has gone home,but he didn't look like it.He had no tags or anything on him.

If I were not outside fixing my garbage I wouldn't have seen this dog or if I had been "STILL" outside, fixing my garbage,instead of in my cousins house, maybe I would have caught him{#emotions_dlg.sad}

How on earth will I live out my life without a dog to love.In my whole 73 yrs I have always had a dog. I don't think I can.{#emotions_dlg.crying}
