@phoenixbrd  She was behind the counter with the lady waiting on me. She was making a sandwich for an customer.

When my kids were very small and wanted my attention if I was at the sink they would tap my leg, my butt or tug on my clothes.

He was so cute, a ton of curley hair and big eyes.

While maybe cute - hopefully the parent spoke with the child about stranger danger so the child won't innocently walk right into the path of danger!  This is not the world that those of us who are older grew up in.

Has anyone else noticed that the queen is wearing brighter colors lately? and I like that print; gives her a more youthful look. Can't say I like the hairstyle, though; maybe she was just having a "bad hair" day.

I know her parents gave her a double strand of pearls on her wedding day; I wonder if she added another string to it?

When my son was about 3 or 4 we were in line at the bank and his hippy Mom (me) didn't wear stockings/panty hose in those days, and I looked away for a minute and he was on the ground rubbing his hand on the legs of the woman wearing a skirt and stockings in front of me in line. His face was like WHAT???!!! and he pipes up with "Mom look at her legs!" He couldn't believe they were real. Everyone in the bank cracked up.

@silkyk  My son was dating his now ex-wife.  She and her then 2 and 1/2 yr old daughter lived with her parents.  There was an issue at their neighbors home and a State Trooper came to his girlfriend's parents house to ask if they heard anything.

The trooper had his gray slacks with the black stripe down the outside of the leg.  Abigail ran her hand down the stripe and said, "oh, nice pants."

Amazing what catches their attention.
