The CEO of Mercedes Benz recently retired and in tribute BMW created this video (hiring an actor to play the MB CEO) which made me smile, laugh and renewed my faith in the true basis of competition:

Reminds me of the recent McDonalds vs. Burger Kings ads, where BK launched "mood meals" in response to McDonalds "happy meals", because, no one is "happy all the time".

Great video!  Freedom to do as you want is a great thing and when we retire we do just that.  This is a fun example!

I haven't seen those commercials however I read that some of the mood meal names did not go over well with mothers.

Cute if predictable. I was pretty sure the video would include footage of the now retired executive (or the actor portraying him) cruising in a BMW... Still, nice of them to recognize him...
