Weird Shipping and Delivery !

I ordered the Kim Gravel TSV pants on 9/10 and my order said it was shipped the same day ! a few days later I checked the status of my delivery and it said still waiting for carrier pickup.

When I checked the status again today it said still awaiting carrier pickup with estimated delivery 9/19. The UPS tracking said the tracking number could not be located.

So I called CS and was told if I didn't receive my package by Tuesday 9/19 to call back.

When I went to get my mail from the mailbox there was a delivery bag with a label that looks like the HSN label and no QVC return label in the bag. I thought I was going nuts because the last thing I ordered from HSN was the TSV NFL shirts for my son and grandson and I already received them and gave them the shirts and they love them.

Low and behold it was the Kim Gravel TSV ! The package came from South Carolina. Looking closer at the label the QVC emblem was at the top of the label in small print.

Has this happened to anyone else with this TSV order? Just curious. Maybe with so many orders to fill something got off track somewhere. At least I received my order so I'm happy about that and it actually only took 5 days ! Shipping has improved

@Goodie2shoes. I've gotten several clothing orders from that SC warehouse recently. Normally they ship jewelry.

I have not received mine yet and supposed to be today. Took awhile saying being prepared.

The good news is you got your purchase faster than expected. I have had a few similar experiences. I have had things go to backorder and the very next day UPS delivers it. Once something was delivered but remained on backorder until they cancelled it a few weeks later. Some things are sent out directly from the designers and I just assumed there are sometimes glitches. Not a problem for me as long as I get what I paid for in a timely manner.

One of my last deliveries startedout in Fife--which is just south of where I live in WA state, it then went to Texas--to one town then onward to another town there, back up to Seattle, then back to Fife and then it came to me in NW , Seattle--all in 2 days---now from Fife--it is a staight shot up the freeway and into Seattle in about 45 minutes if driving---weird!!!
