I just began WW for the second time. I lost 75 pounds on the old points system. I've slowly gained 14 back and decided it's time to start fresh. I'm not sure I understand the Simple Start. It seems you don't track points per se but eat just what's on the menu for two weeks. That's going to be tough and am considering just tracking points from the start (old habit I know). Is there a bigger weight loss just with the simple start? I'm confused! Thanks for any/all input! Enjoy your day.

Re: Weight Watchers Question

That is pretty much it.

On the simple start plan (very similar to the simply filling plan), supposedly you jump start your weightloss. Then, you can go on the simply filling plan, or can track.

I just started back on WW, too. I am skipping simple start and going right to tracking.

I guess it is debatable which is "best". Everyone is different, and would have different outcomes.

On one hand it is nice to have options, but sometimes having too many options is confusing.

Good luck to you!

Re: Weight Watchers Question

I don't know anything about Simple Start since it wasn't around when I started. I only know that I've been tracking points and it works for me!

Re: Weight Watchers Question

They didn't have it when I did the program either. I'm going right to points. It is much more familiar to me. As long as I stay within the daily point allowance, it should be fine. I need more options - like the fiber one bar I'm having right now lol (4 points).
