I have the same Weber grill as you.  Have you first tried cleaning the burner tubes?  You need to lift out the grill plates and the three metal v shaped heat deflectors so you can see the burner tubes. From the Weber website:

”The burner tubes in most of our gas grills are situated right below the Flavorizer bars or heat deflectors.  They distribute the flames through their portholes to provide even heat throughout the grill for excellent grilling. If the flame pattern is uneven or lazy, take a closer look at the burner tubes to determine their condition.

Brushing these portholes with a clean Weber stainless steel brush can keep them clear of oxidation and debris.  Always brush them across the ports, not lengthwise.  This should be done at least once a year – more often if you grill year-round.”

I can't post the link but if you type in your browser webergrills.com you'll find a troubleshooting section.  Type in your grill make and model and it will list a variety of problems to choose from.  We purchased the same gril about 5 years  ago.  We are constantly having minor issues with it.  We've had two other Webers and 1 Ducane (all much larger) and we were satisfied with them for the most part.

Also, Weber warns against spiders making webs inside the grill which could affect the flame.  That is addressed on the site.  Good luck!!

@Luvsmyfam   Call them and ask who could repair.

Check to make sure there aren't spider nests in those burner ports or tubes. I had that happen one year when we hadn't used the grill during the winter months. Once we cleaned them out, we didn't have any problems.
