It is cold in the Maryland/DC area.

We have a winter weather advisory for nasty weather tomorrow morning but temp is to rise into the 40's during the day.

Hopefully, that happens or many plans for Christmas Eve will likely change.

I'm in east central Pa. and it was 2 this morning. Don't know what it is now. Can't wait to get my next heat bill as it seemed my furnace never shut off. May get some snow tomorrow morning, but not much, I hope. Merry Christmas.and Happy Hanukkah. Enjoy.

We're hovering around 80 this week in the Southern California Desert.

I was getting dressed and realized I was putting on shorts and sandals. I'm in South Texas and today it's 82 degrees. We've had a couple cool 1/2 days. I'm hoping it gets a little cooler for Christmas. I'd like to wear a sweater.

I don't understand why Texans and people from the southern states, Louisiana and the rest, always complain about warm weather in the winter.  It's how it's always been.  Its why we have the phenomenon of snowbirds.

There have been years when it's been colder or even snowed, but those are exceptions, not the rule. You are in the southern part of the continent/country, so expect to deal with the natural state of the area, which is scorching hot in the summer, mild in the spring and autumn, and mild to cold in the winter.

@qvcfreak  I envy you.  It's been in the 30s-40s and damp here in NC.  I feel like a popcicle.

beautiful day here in central Florida. Sunny, breezy, low 70s. Same for Christmas but a tad warmer, high of 78.

I think I'm going to settle for a Christmas Tee and Christmas socks. Right now it's 84 degrees

@qvcfreak

I'm roughly 650ish miles from you in Northeast Texas ( not the Panhandle).  It's raining cats and dogs and the temperature is 72°. I wish it was snowing instead of raining.

It's been raining for hours. Thunder is rattling the windows. It's perfect. I hope it keeps up after I go to bed.  59°, but I wish it was 29 or 39°  We're watching the Eagles and Commanders game.
