I dropped off a return package for Amazon.com at UPS today. By the time I got home I had an email message from Amazon that my purchase price has been refunded. Who else does that?

Are they the best, or what? They are the model that every retailer should follow. I've never had a less than stellar experience with Amazon customer service.

I can't believe I returned a hsn product Monday w Usps Yesterday I had both an email and credit to my card! And it went back with their slip to address in Virginia and I'm in Fl. Heck never that quick with Q!!!

I amazed with Amazon, they are the best. That's where I did most of my Christmas shopping this year. Great prices and most of the time free shipping. Great customer service also. The Q could learn a few lessons from them.

I love Amazon and have always had great service when an issue arrived except right now. I am dealing with a return issue that is their faulty product..and it isn't working out too great.

The item is huge - 1/2 up together with faulty pieces, missing pieces, etc..and they will refund my money but I have to send it back which I have no issue with..but the box is long gone (barrister bookcase) and they told me to go buy one!

I had to pay a neighbor to put it together as they didn't send instructions..and we didn't realize it until it was all out of the broken box that it arrived in..then I paid the neighbor to put it together for me and the screw holes didn't match up..the wood was scratched all over after we looked at it..and I am not paying him to take apart what we have put together to return it...just send a large enough box...they sent UPS to pick it up after I told them I needed a box! Just a mess!!! I am getting ready to go to my credit card company and trash it in the dump where it belongs.

I should of read the reviews but didn't think to as it was a bookcase lol..everybody has the same complaint..junk and more junk!!

I submitted a review to Amazon and they told me they would email me after reviewing my review..HUH??

Who knew that Amazon takes hsn products! I guess they sell pretty much everything these days.

Amazon is amazing. Like magic. I ordered a pair of boots on Amazon Prime yesterday, afternoon. Just got a vm msg from FEDEX that my boots will be delivered tomorrow. At what mall or store would I have been able to find a size 10 1/2 D, dark brown soft leather ankle boot with a 2 inch heel??? No where, that's where. And I have never had a bad or disappointing experience with Amazon. Never. Amazon for President! LOL
