I purchased two pair of capri pants last week. I was told the total was $65.01.

They came in today

Problem being, The balance on my Q card as of LAST MONTH was a CREDIT of $4.47.

I assumed they were going to credit my NEW purchase($65.01) with the $4.47 on the account.

NOPE. The balance on the pants was still $65.01

This was the only purchase made on the account this month.

I called CS about it. She saw that there was the credit balance on my account, but had no explaination as to why the credit was not put toward the new purchase.

After about ten minutes of talking to CS and explaining the simple problem and coming up with solutions.... credit my account, or cut me a check for the credit balance, she finally agreed to credit the new pants purchase $4.47.

I know it was not a big amount of cash involved, but it was the principle of the situation. Other people may have more cash (credit balances) on the Q account that could be in jeopardy.

* Off Topic... I am the lady having the Glenoid Labrum shoulder surgery on March 29, so this kind of stress I don't need right now. The two pair of Woman in Control pull on Capri pants that I bought will be perfect during my recovery time.
