I have a lot of watches that need batteries. Not a lot of jewelers in my area that are convenient to get to, or really at all. Various issues with those stores like parking and them wanting you to come back later or next day when it’s hard enough to get there. So I’m wondering is there somewhere I don’t know about that’s convenient to get a watch battery that I don’t know about? Like a department store or a Walmart or something? I’m so fed up. TIA. I’ll take any suggestions.

I take mine to a very nice local jewelry store that changes them while I wait.

I've had batteries changed at Walmart.  Don't know if they still do it.

I’m not wearing my watches much these days.  In the past, I took a few in at a time, to a local jeweler who charged $10 for each one, and they changed  them while I waited.  Took only a few minutes

last time, it was $12 a pop.  Haven’t worn a watch since.

Our WalMart changed out watch batteries, but it’s been years since I had one done there.    I stopped wearing a watch after I retired.

Go on-line to that "A" store & look for a watch battery replacement kit.  There are kits as low as $7.00.

There is a tool that slips under the case & pops it off.  Most watches use that type of tool. There are some watches that require a different tool.

Batteries are available at a grocery store.

I have been changing watch batteries for years & you will save a bundle.  Jewelry store charge quite a bit to change batteries.

There are kits that have been useful for some of my watches in the past.  Not all.

Batteries Plus is a great place to replace batteries.  Have choice of one time purchase or lifetime of batteries for reasonable cost.  They replace quickly and efficiently.
