I've never had a problem with them - in fact I get orders faster from them than Amazon - all my orders usually come Fed ex.  So does that mean Walmart will not reorder for you?  That would be wrong.

Re: Walmart .com

I've had problems with their shipping, too.  One order I had, and this is too bizarre to even be believable, was 10 little boxes of antihistimines (about 3x4" by 1/4").

First of all, they shipped each of the 10 little boxes separately.  Some came in boxes, each of which could have held all 10 boxes and some came smashed to smithereens in envelopes.

Four of them seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth.  I contacted by by their 'live chat' thing.  The person was pretty nice and said it looked like the other four were lost so she re-ordered them.  She said they would be to me in two days.   Took NINE days.

BTW, all the six boxes I initially received came from the exact same spot and were of the same exact lot number.   Why they were packed and shipped all separately is still beyond me.

I've had problems with Walmart also.

So I started ordering to be shipped to the store, they lost my order.

Too much of a hassle.

But I'm old and everything is a hassle!  LOL

People don't care anymore, there is no accountability.

You can't supervise employees, they will shoot you in the parking lot.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've ordered many items from Walmart and never had any problems with delivery.  In fact if it hadn't been for them the grandkids wouldn't have gotten what they wanted from Santa. Walmart was the only place that had it.

Chickenbutt:   I believe there are laws covering the amount of over the counter medicine that can be ship all at once.  What you ordered is probably an excessive amount and possibly subject to reporting and to avoid that they probably broke your order into 1's.

I'm just speculating but I do know there are laws to be followed for shipping over the counter med's throught the mail.   People order excessive amounts of certain items to make illegal drugs so that's why there are restrictions to follow.

Those are good points!  Smiley Happy   Apparently, the limit is 12 boxes.   I've been ordering them like this - 10 at a time, that lasts me 6-8 months (one tablet each night) - for a number of years.    This is the first time they did this, so who knows - maybe the law changed since last year for that.

Oh, that's too bad for you.  I have had excellent luck with Walmart.  I especially like their store pickup option.  It's so nice to be able to order items online not stocked in their store and go pick it up in a couple of days.

I'm sorry that happened to you.  It sounds like FedEx is the problem rather than Walmart as you said FedEx was told you didn't live there. Undoubtedly, they just delivered the package to the wrong address.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Walmart. In fact, I received a couple of household items yesterday that only took 3 days to get here. The prices really can't be beat anywhere.
