@JoyFilled Warrior   The Walmart website sets out the terms of use that answer your questions.  Those terms indicate that the Walmart+ Assist option only applies to "individuals who are eligible for certain government assistance programs, specifically SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, TTANF, NSLP & LIHEAP."  As to your second question, the terms of use indicate the answer is "no."  But check out the terms of use to confirm!

@monicakm   The Walmart website sets out the terms of use that answer your question about Paramount+.  The terms indicate that the Walmart+ plan includes Paramount+ Essential Plan, which includes live NFL games.  It seems that you can watch through P+ the NFL games that are airing live on your local CBS station.  For example, a person in say Atlanta could watch on P+ the live NFL game that is airing on the local CBS station in Atlanta.  But check the terms of use on both Walmart's and Paramount+'s webpage to confirm!

Thank you. It sounds like you're saying that if my CBS channel shows the game then Paramount Plus would show it.  I thought maybe I could depend on Paramount Plus to watch a game that wasn't available in my area.

Unleaded here in Northeast Texas is $2.45.  I finally remembered to use my Walmart Plus account for 10 cents off per gallon.

The plan is called Walmart+Assist. It says - "Qualify for government assistance of SNAP, WIC, Medicaid & more? You can save big on Walmart+. Join now for just $6.47/month or $49/year!*

SS falls in the "and more" category. I have this plan.
