My Walmart has been excellent with deliveries.

At the beginning, there were a few mishaps, and they handled them immediately and satisfactorily.

Also, when they come from a different store, Walmart is excellent in emails, letting you know immediately when delivered.

They asked for a survey for improvement, and I could not name one.

P.S. I do not buy produce that I cannot see, and I am not a meat eater.

yeah I got a survey also. My suggestion was to have delivery drivers able to to communicate in at least rudimentary English. Not one of mine could do that. I dont know enough Spanish to hold a useful conversation. So when all of my orders had something wrong, it was impossible to convey the problem. Of course I let the company know online but still

I think it is best to just communicate with the company, not the delivery person. The delivery person cannot make changes or issue credits. It is a physically demanding job and the only type of job available to many immigrants when they first arrive. It is also a job which many native born Americans reject. I have great compassion for them -- they do not have an easy life. Many do not have the luxury or time to study even basic English until they are more established in this country. It would be ideal if places like Walmart held basic Engliish classes for their refugee employees.

I am a proud first gen American, btw. Most of the cousins in my gen graduated from college. Cousins in the gen after mine have donated millions (!) to universities. So, I believe in helping immigrants as much as possible. But I digress....

I just came back to add how grateful I am that I was born here and did not face the struggles that my parents did to support themselves and their children in a decent living standard. I am also grateful that my parents highly valued education for their children even though they were not fortunate enough to have much schooling themselves.
