Info on web site says if you place item on wait list it will automatically ship to you if item comes back into stock within 45 days.  I placed an item on wait list, then I saw that the item was being advertised again in a recent show and I could see that my size/color was available. But my account still shows this order as wait list.  Then I went back a day after I saw it readvertised and my size/color now showed as wait list only.  What gives? It seems the item was being advertised again (at a higher price than my waitlist order) and sold to new customers instead of fulfilling waitlist orders??

Did you call CS and ask them to push your order through?   That might actually help more than just lodging a complaint here.

@abbie   That have happened before.  Not so much with me waitlisting an item, and it appearing in stock, but when I go to order, and it says waitlist only. I forget about it, then in a day or two it's in stock it says. I go to order and it says waitlist only.  But ONLY, when I go to place order.  All I can figure out is their computer system is not in sun , or updated.  Riddled with a few glitches

one ring I wanted only told me it was waitlist when I go to check out.  I have had a ****** shoot with waitlisting.  Most of the items never come back in stock.  Waitlist is counting on a return, or new merchandise coming in.  And sometimes the item just appears in my mail two or three weeks later.
