I looked up what "Simple Start" was for you. It seems to be an introductory time to get you used to eating food that is good for you. Pretty much so you can develop a pattern of eating that way, as opposed to perhaps how most people usually eat.

You know, fresh and natural for the most part.

In my experience "brand names" are usually processed food. You might want to get away from that and more into fruits and veg.

There's a saying, something like "If your grandmother or great grandmother didn't eat it, you shouldn't either."

Anyway! Good luck on your endeavor Smile

Yes-Noel-you are right-I am stuffed with fruits and veggiesSmiley Happy But they also allow certain breads, cereals and popcorn that are much appreciated and it would be easier if I had a list of those for quicker shopping -it takes a long time to read every label and figure it out.

I might have a few suggestions for you, since I'm always going for healthy.

Sara Lee makes a 45 calorie a slice bread that comes in multigrain and whole wheat or wheat. I use that for sandwiches. I also get Thomas Bagel Thins, which says right on it that it's WW three points.

I don't eat a lot, so I'm always looking for ways to eat fiber, which helps make you feel full and is good for your arteries. I love the Fiber One brand! They make 90 calorie brownies that are said to be two WW points, and a variety of other snack foods.

Target carries all those foods I've mentioned in their food section. Target also carries fresh small chicken cutlets and thin sliced pork, which would be food for losing weight.
