1.   Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, because you deserve peace.

2.   Never trust a person that has let you down more than 2 times.  Once was a warning, twice was a lesson and anything more than that is simply taking advantage.

3.   Hate nothing and no one, no matter how much thye have wronged.  You give energy to what you focus on.

                                                        -Kristen Butler

4.   Be strong, but not rude.  Be kind, but not weak.  Be bold, but don't bully.  Be humble, but not timid.  Be confident, but not arrogant.

5.   A few bad chapters does not mean your story is over.

6.   Nothing is more beautiful than a real smile that has struggled through tears.

7.   One day you will be just a memory for some people.

Do your best to be a good one.

8.   At the end of the day all that really matters is that your loved ones are well, you've done your best, and that you're thankful for all you have.

9.   If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.

10.   Life is better when you cry a little, laugh a lot, and are

thankful for everything you've got.

11.   Don't let little stupid things break your happiness.

12.   The most profound personal growth does not happen while reading a book, meditation on a mat.  It happens in the throes of conflict - when you are angry, afraid, frustrated.  It happens when you are doing the same old thing and you suddenly realize you have a choice.

13.   As we grow up, we realize it becomes less important to have a ton of friends, and more important to have real ones.

14.   Every day is a new beginning.  Take a deep  breath and start again.

15.   Everything will be okay in the end.  If it's not okay, it's not the end.                                    John Lennon

16.   A good relationship is when two people accept each others past, support each other's present and love each other enough to encourage each other's future.  So don't rush love.  Find a partner who encourages you to grow, who won't cling to you, who will let you go out into the world and trust that you will come back.  This is what true love is all about.

17.   When other people treat you poorly, keep being you.  Don't ever let someone else's bitterness change the person you are.

18.   Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go.  You are not where you want to be, but neither  are you where you used to be.               Rick Warren

19.   Hearing old music you used to love is like getting in touch with an old friend.

20.   When you focus on problems you will have more problems.  When you focus on possibilities you'll have more opportunities.                               Zig Ziglar

21.   If you can't do anything about it, then let it go.  Don't be a prisoner to things you can't change.

22.   Courage doesn't mean you don't get afraid.  Courage means you don't let fear stop you.

23.   Life is like a piano, the white keys represent happiness and the black shows sadness.  But as you go through life's journey, remember that the black keys also  make music.

24.   Never blame anyone in your life.  The good people give you happiness.  The bad people give you experience. The worst people give you a lesson.  The best people give you

memoeies.

25.    I want to say THANK YOU

To the rare few individuals in my life who have listened without judgement, spoken without prejudice, helped me without entitlement, understood without pretension and loved me without condition.
