Anybody use this? I have been using this for months, getting great cash back savings. Today I tried to get a payout. They told me I didn't have all my information added. I went to the page and it wanted my paypal information so they could deposit my payout. They want my bank account number, my check routing number and one other thing which I can't think of right now. I am very uncomfortable giving out this information. If you have used this, do you trust them?

yes, i use the site frequently.

they have my paypal email information so that my money gets deposited right into my paypal account. you dont HAVE to do an ACH transfer to your bank account.

you can also get a payout via gift cards.....target, walmart, visa gift card, amazon, old navy, petco, and more.

I use them all the time.  All they need is your Paypal email for the payouts.  They do not need that other info -- don't give it!

I have used them but have no intention of giving them my paypal information or banking information.  I guess I will have to go their account since I'm way overdue for my money and indicate to them that I want a gift card mailed to me.  You'd think they'd have sent me an email asking but there's been zero communication from them.  Lovely.

I use it all the time.But I have to say I have consistent problems getting some of my rebates from a few stores to post. I have to submit a claim to get them. That takes forever and many times I don't get my rebates.

I used Top Cash back until they started playing games. They said certain transactions were declined.I had submitted numerous tickets but no resolution. I use PayPal to get my money. I didn't have to give any banking information, it just went right to my PayPal account.  Although, they do offer higher Cash back it was not worth the back and forth to get no resolutions.

I use Befrugal and am very happy with them. If you find a higher Cash back at another site, they will match it. They haven't declined any of my transactions. I use this site. It is very customer friendly.

Your PayPal account should be your email address you use for PayPal, not any password or anything. @elated I'm going through that now with Topcashback --two transactions denied now being investigated and taking forever. I reached the same conclusion as you --- not worth it. I'm going to stop using them --- I miss getting my never-had-a-problem steaybquarterly Rakuten check even if it is for a lower amount.

@Judaline

i have a paypal account.

i have an email address set up with that account, so anyone can send me an invoice or money via my email address.

it then gets deposited directly into my paypal account.

it can remain there to be used or saved or be transferred to my checking account via paypal.

i have found mr rebates, ebates, retailmenot, and extrabux to be the most consistent and least amount of trouble. topcashback DOES have some great percentages, especially recently. yes, it can be a pain to try to get a rebate that has not posted OR that has been denied.
