Re: WHICH STORE HAVE YOU FOUND BETTER FOR

@tends2dogs  Hi Friend ~ I have been purchasing jigsaw puzzles at WalMart since this pandemic begun.  Have had to make a trip or two to the Goodwill with them as they began to tower to the ceiling.................we have done most all of them more than once, too!

They have quite a large selection whether it's topics or level of difficulty ~ anyway, I have been very happy with the choices!

By the way, I'm sure you are very aware ~~~~

Sheepies are not great jigsaw puzzlers : )

Pretty sure our Hobby Lobby sells them. I'd think Wal Mart and Target would too.

Good luck, I hope you find what you are looking for.

Re: WHICH STORE HAVE YOU FOUND BETTER FOR

Thank you for all the responses!  I will go online and check out what these stores offer and then perhaps venture out and make my selections.  We haven't done puzzles in years and it will be something to fill in the time gaps. Woman Wink

Again, thanks!

Barnes and Noble but you'll get a better selection online. If you know the size and brand you like though.

Re: WHICH STORE HAVE YOU FOUND BETTER FOR

yes, the hallmark store carries puzzles.

although you said you want to do it in store,

i have purchased some beautiful puzzles online from wentworth puzzles. they are wooden and pricey, but gorgeous. check out their website...so many interesting ones to choose from.

I found when you go online if you put puzzles in the search box rather than jigsaw puzzles you get the full selection thats available...

I have an Ace Hardware near me that has about a quarter of the store for use as a gift shop with some beautiful and unique puzzles. I also have an independent local home building/hardware store that has many items like puzzles that I haven't seen anywhere else. So you never really know where you'll find some.

And I know you said no online, but I've bought many a gift from Bits and Pieces. You might enjoy looking.

Re: WHICH STORE HAVE YOU FOUND BETTER FOR

There's a great shop in Lewes, DE called Puzzles that has all kinds of puzzles, games, etc.  You'll have fun browsing!  It's near the Delaware beaches, so I suppose the summer crowds keep it going but it's open all year.
