 With gel nails there is a light that cures the gel at the nail salons. Perhaps she uses one. But it's not a burning tool!

Is Nail Polish Remover flammable?

Maybe Drill fell into or near the Polish Remover? or Short in the Nail Drill electrical plug?

 

I cant imagine how this crazy Fire scenario could happen ref: Nails.  But trust me, I'm going to be more careful now!

She might have left a nail dryer on or too close to nail products and they caught fire. I know there are a lot of tools available so who knows.
