I had a problem with some rain gutters installed on my house.  For two weeks I called the company and the proper person would not call me back.  I filed a complaint with BBB and they called, showed up and fixed the problem in three days.

I am not sure but it is really crazy lately!  I placed orders on the Free Shipping Fashion/shoes/bags $75 which was 8/13/21....the back and forth on WHY they weren't shipping any of my orders made no sense at all.  One item was supposedly delayed...ok then ship out the other 8 items right? NOPE...everything just sat in process so I contacted again and again.  Same thing 1 top which was clearance was delayed.  So the TSV Vionic which was the same day purchase is just shipping out today.  They sat on it all this time.  I checked my other orders and they are being sent out all separately so there was no reason on group shipping holding it up as they were all instock clearance items! Old stuff...only the Vionic TSV again IN Stock was new.

I have never experienced such a thing here and I did not order but 1 clothing item yesterday with the free shipping...again a in stock clearance item.  

Then for some reason some of the newer items I ordered would ship right out leaving all the 8/13 orders stewing.  Nobody could tell me why...they had no answer just pointed to the email delaying 1 top...I said then ship the others what's going on....had no answer for me.

I can't imagine what it will be like for holiday time....

I am waiting on some Dr D facial pads. Two small plastic jars of them. They'd better be sealed. They have been sitting in a UPS office in my own city for three days and I am given no expected delivery date by Q.

Yes, it is a myth that the BBB can do anything or coerce a company into making something right for a customer. They have no real authority whatsoever, but those shiny BBB member stickers are highly sought after by store owners. They think it gives them credibility with consumers....

You are very fortunate . You are the first person I have ever heard of who was helped by the BBB and also was able to get an insurance company do something they should. State Farm still owes us $40k but doubt they would listen to the BBB here! They don't listen to our attorneys, either.

The very few times I have had to contact CS about an order they were more than helpful.  In fact,the best CS I have ever dealt with.  I am really surprised to hear so many are having problems and no response like this. Management must have changed in a big way.
