About a month ago, I received a large box from QVC with 4 orders all tossed inside. The 32 ounce Purity and Philosophy 32 Ounce Shower Gels were just thrown on top of a Barefoot Dreams item. It was also clear that the sweater had been returned. I quickly called CS only to be told that managers no longer take calls but that someone would contact me within 2 hrs. Guess what? NO ONE ever called me.
Three days ago, I called to inquire about a tote that I had not yet received and ordered well over 2 weeks prior. I was told that it had not been shipped and that the item was being sent from the manufacturer. I specifically ordered the tote for a short trip that I am taking. I called the manufacturer and was informed that QVC was mistaken and that the item is sent directly from their warehouse!!!
I called QVC the next day and was told that there was no information available but that the item had not shipped. I asked if the tote was even available and was told, "I have no information". I asked to speak to a manager and was informed once again that someone would call me back within 48 hrs. SERIOUSLY???
TODAY, the item arrived in a box completely unsealed!!! NO TAPE or anything. The flap on the box was never sealed. Not only that, there was a label on the box with the order # and other information for anyone to see! This was not an inexpensive purchase! NOT happy.

Very irritating.
Vs. my experience with HSN. I ordered an item as a gift. Decided to try charge it ahead of time and it wouldn't fit. The charger didn't fit into the item no matter how I tried.
Called HSN. Got an immediate answer to the phone. No problem, send it back within so many days and we will get a new one out to you. I had the new one in less than a week and my account credited with no shipping. Tried the new one out and it charged perfectly.

If you're waiting for a call from a manager, FOR-GET-IT!!!! My husband has been calling them for over a month, at least twice a week if not more, over an issue that no CS rep is able to help with. He was promised a call back from a manager each time. To date, no one has ever called or replied to an email address we were given. We have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint a few days ago. You're being lied to if you think a manager will contact you. I believe truly there are no managers.

@rms1954 I doubt the BBB can or will have any effect on QVC.

The BBB is not a law enforcement agency and has jurisdiction over nobody. It's a feel-good organization for business and is pro-business.

I'm getting really tired of emails on delays for items I've ordered Often I'd get these emails then the next day my good(s) would be at my door. Not anymore!!!!!! It IS taking forever getting anything from qvc.
The Quality is gone on most items, There is no Value here because prices have soared on everytning here, and the Convenience is non-existant and has been for years now.
I've vowed to not order anythning here anymore until i get everything that's been hanging out there that I've ordered Returns are as insane to be processed. I didn't use to get USPS tracking receipts but I sure do now - every item I may choose to return because of something gone wrong with whatever at least I can now track.
Tracking - I also find that returns have been received for 2 weeks at any of their warehouses, just not processed for my refunds.I do live chats now to get these refunds processed. This works for me but it certainly is annoying.

Whatever is going on, it's been going on a long time.
Most companies are concerned about their public image and "word of mouth" customer complaints on social media and elsewhere on the internet; however, it doesn't seem to phase QVC.
In the past, American customers demanded excellence; however, today, some are giving poor performing companies a pass making excuses for them.
Your order has nothing to do with manufacturing and delivery delays...this is a reflection of the company itself.

You'd think they would be concerned that an unhappy customer might bring up these issues when they take an on-air phone call.
Also, this board is a marketing tool. If you know anything about marketing, you know that if one customer complains, then that equals so many thousands who are dealing with that same issue.

I had an issue with my insurance wouldn't cover roof damage and I contacted the BBB in the state they're located in . Left a message online that blasted the insurance BBB got it cleared up for me.
I'll do it again if a matter isn't taken care of and I know I'm in the right.

I emailed the QVC social team about an order, and got a response immediately.
