Walked Fur-Baby 4.5 miles.
Stained a small cedar bench.
Changed Oil in Lawn Mower: Oh my......I have a landscaper; however, I may occasionally want to use the lawn mower. My lawn mower is a old push mower. My husband had garbage picked it several years ago and got it running. He had lots of mowers but this one was always my favorite as it always starts with only one pull. I remembered he would change the oil each spring. I did not remember how he did it so I brought up a U-Tube video for the engine that's on my mower. I removed the cap, tilted the mower, drained the oil into an oil pan and then replaced it with new oil. I then put gas in the mower as I had drained all the gas out of it in the fall. I crossed my fingers and gave it one pull and it started immediately and is working well. Gosh, I'm rather proud of myself that I was able to accomplish it on my own! I think my husband is smiley down on me too! ![]()

@BunSnoop Wow. Once again you amaze me.
We had a gas powered mower and it stunk up the house with the smell of gasoline and this with all the windows and doors shut. But, my husband always preferred it to an electric one and I have no idea what happened to our manual one. 😢 Due to my nagging about the smell of gasoline and the fact it was being stored on our premises, my husband finally got rid of it and told me to hire someone to mow the lawn. I don't know, maybe your gas powered mower doesn't reek like ours did. 😢
Now, I have a gardner and he espoused his opinon about something I found extremely offensive which he never would have done if my husband was still alive but he'll never do it again after I gave him an ear full. He was speechless after I verbally let him have it.

Walked Fur-Baby about 3-miles today.
Got Results of Fur Baby's Ultrasound. There are some nodules on his liver. They could be due to age, inflammation or cancer. They recommend I take him to an Internal Medicine Specialist. First we go for a consultation and next will probably be a liver aspiration. Appointment is in a couple of weeks. Will keep everyone posted.
Sprinkler System Turned Back On. Had the company that installed the sprinkler system come for the spring visit to reconnect everything that gets disconnected for winter. It was pouring rain and I asked if they were going to re-schedule and they said no. I was standing outside in the pouring rain holding an umbrella over the tech and myself as we're standing in the soaked grass looking at the sprinkler system spraying water. The next time I schedule an appointment I plan on looking at the extended weather forecast so I pick a day that has a lot better weather than we had today!
When we crawled down in the crawl space to turn on a lever, the tech said he's only 23 years old and he said I appear to be a lot more limber than him! That put a smile on my face!

I have to agree @BunSnoop is very efficient. Especially, with outdoor chores.
This past weekend was easy peasy for me. On Saturday I went to the theater to watch Michael. I really enjoyed it. Later on that day, I came home paid some bills, did a load of laundry and melted into my chair to watch T.V.
Sunday was no better, load of laundry, I cooked some crab for dinner with vegetables. I have enough crab to last all week. I purchase from Costco, and the pricing is not bad especially for one person. I then pretty much just watched t.v. I read for a bit yesterday as well.
That's it for my non busy weekend. I enjoy having a lazy day if possible over the weekend, since I work all week.

Windy day here. Decided to make some beef stew today and will have with rice and crusty bread.
@BunSnoop is the busiest and most active lady I know. I truly admire her ambition and strength moving forward.
Hope everyone has a nice day.

Since the end of the month is near, I made a quick trip to the bank and IGA this morning. I do my best to avoid going into town for anything until after the 7th day of the new month, due to higher traffic volume and crowded grocery stores.
Woke up at 4 a.m. due to rain with heavy thunder and lightning. Power blinked, but don't think it was off for any amount of time; the generator would've kicked on within 45 seconds, so I wouldn't be aware of anything anyway unless I went to the garage and heard it running. More rain and storms for tonight and tomorrow, but we need the rain.
Sending prayers to all the friends we haven't heard from in awhile.
