You show such tremendous courage with what life has thrown at you. Some have the loss of a spouse @Cakers3  is dealing with her husbands decline. All that I can say is that I may not always directly answer you, but when I read your posts. I pray for you, and think of the type of woman you must be. Strong, Fierce, blessings to you all.

Today began my four day weekend. I took Monday off, so I am glad to have a few days to myself. I started the day be washing a load of clothes, then I had to go to the AT & T store to get a a replacement cover for my phone. Then on to Target, Cacique, and lastly the library to pick up some books that I had on hold. 

I am ending my afternoon by watching shows, and relaxing.

Let's just say I'm walking the same path you are on ... every day I see something in your posts that hits home ... some are comforting, some not ... you know of what I speak.

I don't talk about my overwhelming grief on this forum, but just reading what you are going through and how you are coping with your loss helps inspire me  ...

My DH passed twenty-one months ago ... my life has changed forever. . I probably will not post about this again ... just know that you all are a source of comfort for me.

I have walked, and continue to walk, in your shoes as many others here do.  There are some things we all share, but sometimes we deal with those things differently.  Unfortunately each of us has to travel that long road ahead in our own way, but we can take comfort and encouragement from others on the same path.

If you feel the need or desire to post in the future, please do not hesitate.  If not, take comfort in knowing you are not alone. 💞

I too SoX walk the same walk-March 2025 my beloved left me  some days are so hard other days just keep looking forward.

Not much today. I am staying in, and taking the day easy. I have paid a few online bills, and did a load of laundry earlier. i will continue to do little things around the house and watch t.v. shows.

Hello to all who post and read ❤️

Temps starting to go down. Long sleeve night gown on the bed.
Extra blanket on the bed. It will not get to below freezing in my neck of the woods but so much is dry throughout and high winds can cause problems.

I'll be fine I'm sure but DS and family are in a more serious zone. They will be ok it's just an underdeveloped area with so much brush and trees.

Grandson should be stopping by next week sometime.
