Been binge-watching this lady from the south who is very crafty, talented.  I'm just amazed at all she does.  Her house is the most Christmasy one I've seen and it's beautiful not cluttered.  She is very talented.

hello all

what a super duper busy day for me.

doctor check was 50=50 appoint. He increased my verapamil another 20 mg's a day up to 3x;s a day now every 8 hours. Then onto facial. Oh boy was that relaxing. Doing dermablading every month now. Face looks and feels great after a dermablade. Then onto costco to get new cards. Got some stuff there, check out was not bad. Then onto bed bath and beyond. Found my drapery tie backs there, then onto Boscov's bought several items there. Finally on road for home about 5ish. We had dinner at friendlys on way home. Easier to eat out rather than try to put things away and getting dinner prepared.

stuff put away,showers done. 1st load dried and put away and 2nd load in washer.

       I am so, so ..yes, apologizing for my failure three days ago not writing, as hoped.

    Everything ...maybe you read (as [ it ] usually does) frozen food was either being delivered, calls to the tune of ringing phones in two room with different numbers.                             .

    Also, we had our son over for a long AHH belated birthday.

  He does not live in his home town, 4 days out of seven days it's sometimes too difficult to reach him, so we cherished when he texts to say, or call -'I'll be over within so many hours.

  I hurriedly scrolled through when I flipped the two pages back, and knew I couldn't concentrate, then... so closed off, until later. 

      I did write to MaRina 

(she's so darn sweet)...and I had missed her!  We all did.

     Now,

    still haven't finished what news I had for today. Appears Saturday for some after thoughts we can all remember of ShowMe's interesting days as she would want us to. 

     How is your family, also, are your children miles, geographically, from your home?

 That makes a lot of memories when 'all' were home as small children, then are again with you and their family. Many times we find it almost impossible to have our plan just so-so

           ~~ I am so glad that you are here with all of us at this time. It means so very much to see you again. You are the best,,,,,,,,,,,,,!

   During this past year, I do not recognize 80 percent of ---just some--- new names, but of course I am not here everyday. 

 Some have left, moved and sadly many were very ill. I was thinking of Bettyb the other day. I had read notes of her illness, then of the news. I was so sorry hearing that. 

   Happy news here for my husband and me.

    Our son has purchased a beautiful home last year in a somewhat, I believe- gated lovely area , and yesterday, a new SUV in a cranberry color. I fell in love with his decision

   We will see it; .. traveling soon to his home.

     ((Most probably)) after Christmas, but  he's here all day for Christmas dinner and our family gathering. That is my fondest wish.

I am excited about the new SUV, though, too.

 He is one wonderful son and has made his life very exciting. (he got it from me).....HoHo

 He enjoys exactly what he studied for 10+ years~ and he joins in with continuous action, `that` of - what he does.

  "....Now, for that special lady to come into his life.   We possibly will not know what to do with the news. Really"! 

  1st time I'll be speechless. You should be here to witness it!

I'll dance over the {oops} of Internet technology, here, hoping I can get through, hopefully tomorrow.

Good morning everyone, 

Naes, I can feel you beaming about your son and how proud you are of him and all he's accomplished. Are you going to ask him to take you out cruising in his new SUV? Blare some 70's music and have fun 😊  Now to meet his love would just top it off 💙 Our son met his wife when he was 18 it was meant to be. My DH and I her parents met and married young, we've been married almost 38 yrs her parents 32. So young love does work 💕

Did you get all your packages? 

I for the first time ordered Mrs Prindables Apple's OMG they're so good, everyone we've gifted them to love them. I'm taking one over to a sweet gal that works at Costco today, she's always so sweet, we call her Aunt Kimmy. 

I know Costco is going to be nuts today but I want to show my appreciation for her. 

Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and remember the reason for the season.

No update on Showme!

hello all

Costco was a madhouse yesterday. they just put in a gas station at our costco.

dh did grocery shop today,he said the stores were to bad, busy yes  but not a zoo quite yet.

i finished up chores while he did the shop.

not much else going on here. cloudy, dampish chill outside.

I made my famous Soft Buttery Choc Chip Walnut cookies today and just finished packaging them up to put in the freezer. I only make them once a year at Christmas time because they will kill you. I already ate my allotted one cookie and man it was to die for.LOL

Christmas tree is on, fireplace is on, holiday music is playing, and I am making dinner. Baked chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, and strawberry cheesecake. Will have a glass of Chardonnay before dinner.

I love this time of year!

It is more lonely without seeing the posts of our friend @ShowMe .

By 8am, the grocery store was crowded. It took 20 minutes in the checkout line. The lady ahead of us must be feeding an army. Six cases of soda, five gallons of milk, four heads of cauliflower...and a partridge in a pear tree!
