Hello Everyone.  Reading all the good memories of days gone by with ShowMe was uplifting.

Thank you for directing me to the very comforting St. Augustine  prayer.  Very soothing for a worried and troubled soul.  I was not familiar with it.

Oddly enough, I have been reading some of St. Augustine's prayers the last two years as they were included in a compact Orthodox prayer book I have.  There is a prayer for almost every need.

Please know that I appreciate your kindness and wise choice of this prayer very much, and I will go to it often the rest of my life.

I forgot, anyone know how her friend Sherry is doing?  I know Showme said she wasn't doing well at all.. she was so very concerned about her, that added on to her own illness caused her more stress- I feel so, so sad for them both- my heart is just torn.

cowboysam, I do remember you. We had some good times here, just isn't the same anymore.
Suziepeach, I didn't ask Showme's sister about Sherry I'll try and remember. I'm going to call her Monday before she heads back home on Tuesday.
