I am so jealous of Phillip, he just had a hip replacement and is walking like nothing ever happened.  I had two pins put in my hip in 2015 and am still hurting and not getting around the way I used to.  That man is incredible!!!!

Curious I haven't seen any either.  I guess only glowing positive comments are allowed.

I think the wedding is beautiful but I'm disappointed with the gown.  Megan has such a gorgeous figure but the material on the dress seems much too heavy & thick on her.  Not my style.

My opinion only of course.  Everyone else seems to love the simplicity of it....much to simple for the setting to me.

I have always believed in "simplicity is the essence of sophistication", but in this case I felt it was just too simple.  I would have liked to see something just a little bit more stylish.  The veil was perfection, made up for what was missing in the gown. jmo

I've been talking to people at work alllllll week long about how excited I was to see the wedding and especially her dress. I'm underwhelmed by the dress...The tiarra and flowing veil help it but it won't go down as a favorite of mine. I adored Catherine's dress!!

I do like how Meghan's hair is not perfect 100% in place. In all recent outings of the pair, her hair has usually been casual. I'm glad she felt confident to keep a bit of the "imperfect" on her wedding day.

In your second paragraph about the gown, my feelings are exactly the same.  The veil especially made up for the simplicity of the dress, which was understated.   I too adored Catherine's gown!!!!!

I am feeling some sort of after-glow today from the wedding of Meghan and Harry.  What a joyous and emotionally beautiful moment in time!

It is strange to feel this way for people I do not personally know, but, of course, I have a bit of knowledge about their lives, their past loves and their aspirations.   There is something about their individual past and their goals for the future that has bound them together.

My hope is that they will live with love and that their mutual passion for helping others will find the proper platforms.  May their message of love and concern for their fellow man be strong and float out into the world.  This world seems to be getting harsher and colder, and so I hope that this new couple can help soften life's rough edges for many.

Well done!  May God protect them and their union!

I read that the empty chair was because no one sits in front of the Queen.
