Viking River Cruises

I have looked at their catalog for years and now that I am retired, it seems like it would be the trip of a lifetime.

My husband and I are not experienced travelers so this would be a great option rather than trying to make all the arrangements ourselves. They have a 15 day Grand European Tour from Amsterdam to Budapest...but there are others. The ships are smaller and, obviously cruise a river rather than the ocean. Lots of stops along the way.

Just wondering if anyone has ever done this sort of thing and what your experiences were.
