I disagree completely. The moderators have the upper hand and if they would carry out their duties correctly they would not delete a post or a thread just because it is being reported. The material should actually be reviewed first to determine if it truly is against board standards and if not it should be allowed to remain regardless of how many times it gets reported by stupid people! The moderators are totally at fault for not carrying out their jobs correctly.

I see what you're saying. But it was posters who wanted more intervention from the moderators and that's what happened. And there are people who are happy with the changes.

The board wasn't run well before the changes and there was uneven moderation back then. I'm not sure why some thought with more monitoring the forums would suddenly be better. Maybe it will take time. Or not.

The moderation is actually worse now. It's extremely uneven.
