Vibration Platform with exercise bands

Watching Kerstan present this vibration machine and I had to laugh. I would never buy that thing because I would be afraid it would shake my knee replacement hardware loose from both knees !   I've already had the right knee replaced twice so no way !

Re: Vibration Platform with exercise bands

I have a knee replacement in my left knee and your comment made me laugh.  You can dislodge it from using a vibration platform.  If that were the case people who use the platforms would be breaking and dislocsting the natural knees, hips, ankles.  I have the one that Tony Little sells on HSN.  There are no bands, his has hand weights. I use it seated due to my spinal stenosis.  I get a good workout.  Even seated, I get a full body workout.  I did not expect that.  I thought it would only be for my legs and thigh muscles if I was seated.

@Goodie2shoes I nelieve quite strongly that whether you are buying clothes, food, exercise equipment, etc. the first should be that you know your own body and brain well.

easy pass on any exercise equipment for me unless you count my walking sneakers

I have one and love it...if you suffer from neuropathy or circulation issues...it is wonderful. Mine oscillates and vibrates simultaneously and has handles to hold on to...you can choose your program and time.  I first used this at my doc's office, he has several in his clinic for clients while waiting for appointment ....along with other equipment.

Re: Vibration Platform with exercise bands

I've done whole body vibration for the last 4-5 yrs and love it.

My naturopath has several full size units to use on a drop in basis but I bought a dual motor platform on the A at the beginning of the shutdown.

Please check with your dr before purchasing.

Keep babies/youngsters away.  Maybe pets, too.  Too much shaking/vibrating.

Just my opinion, of course.

Everyone else, enjoy!

I don't need anything inside jiggling downward, lol.
