Just wanted to share with you - Late Wednesday night (March 29) I ordered 2 items from QVC. Early Friday afternoon (March 31) I received the items. I often read posts about slow shipping - just thought I would pass along a post about shipping that I thought was quite fast.

I usually have a good experience with Customer Service.  Just this Friday I received a plastic bag from QVC that was empty.  

 

It was obvious the glue did not hold the bag shut and the shirt came out at some point.

 

I called CS and told them and they said they'd send me out another one right away.

 

I told them Monday I would go to my local post office to see if they have the shirt.
