Very Strange

I can not find q2 channel which is always on the front page at the top.  It was there and now it is gone.  Also, my Watch and Shop keeps disappearing.  Am I the only one with this problem.

They have moved some things around. Type QVC2 into the search bar. It will come up.

@tampalady  Yep! The selections under my Watch & Shop have been jumping back and forth from the usual place to the WATCH tab to the left of the search bar at the top of the page.

It all depends on what type of device you're using.  Different devices show different things.

 

You can always find what you're looking for under the Menu or do a search.

 

And yes, they've changed the headings--several times.

Yesterday they were doing some sort of an upgrade to their system because I attempted to chat live about an order and the chat person could not view my account. They said it was due to a system upgrade/change. I did, however, get an almost immediate email back from the social team regarding.
