I have placed several orders now... from food to even a 70 pound bird bath for outdoors.

Everything was shipped fast!  I received the food items within three days of ordering... the heavy bird bath came as a drop ship from another company and was at my door step in just 6 days. Everything was packed beautifully.  I ordered  a bunch of crackers and they were so well packed  I was impressed!  Nothing crushed or damaged.

I received excellent follow through with emails etc about my order...  I received free shipping plus went through Mr Rebates for added %  off AND also as icing on the cake received a 20 % discount on on my orders.  (My  first three orders get this deal!~)

Now if Jet can do such a fab job getting orders out and in a organized easy way from online order to door....

WHY CAN'T QVC GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER?

I'm glad your experience with them was a good one, so was mine but I was wondering if they're products are less expensive than Amazon's Prime Grocery? (Think that's what it's called.)

I've been wanting to try Jet, however; I don't find they have good deals.

Their overall prices see to be considerably higher than I can buy on Amazon or my local stores.

Jet ships quicker than Amazon on regular items and what Amazon considers pantry.  I occasionally order pantry for my mother from Amazon, it takes around five days.  Same items ship Jet in two days.  I like that they also have Wal-Mart brand.  As with anything, you need to know your prices.  I don't find either can compete with the local grocery store for sale prices, but they can be what I call fair.  Jet used to do 20% coupons a lot more than they do now.

We like them, too. Very fast delivery and no-hassle return policy. Have ordered everything from a bathtub cleaner that we had trouble finding elsewhere to a cat tree that we wound up having to return. Also have bought Keurig tea, etc.

Read that in 2016 they were bought by Walmart.

Try putting the item in your cart and see how they're priced then. I did that with Taste of the Wild cat food last week. Their price in the listing was $30.99. In the cart, it was about $10 less. NO ONE is selling it that cheaply. I bought two bags and some other stuff.

I've been a diehard JetHead since they started, about the time they dropped their $35 membership fee. Purists might object to the fact that Walmart now owns them, but it's hard to beat excellent customer service and truly prompt delivery. The order I placed with 30 pounds of cat food and some other stuff was delivered the next day, free shipping.

Just be aware that their search engine isn't tops. It misses things they have. I use Google's Shopping function to search for stuff on Jet if it doesn't come up on Jet's site and get to it that way.

As always, YMMV.

I order a set of ten solar lights for my front walk and lawn. Three of them didn't work. I called customer service and spoke to a woman who couldn't have been nicer. Anyway I was sent another box of ten (I had only requested to send three lights to replace the three), no charge to me. I would purchase from them again.

I have used Jet a couple times and have been very satisfied.  Will use in the future.
