Less than 24 hours ago I ordered a book from Amazon.com. I have Prime. It came just now less than 24 hours with no S&H charges. I am still waiting for my UPS orders from QVC of 6 days ago shipped with heafty S&H charges after taxes. My bad, need to stop shopping at the Q.
Also, nice people at Q customer service, but Amazon.com CS gets the problem fixed for you with all the "I'm sorry", you get at the Q because they, CS, can't fix the problems.
Example:. I ordered HOmeland on my Kindle fire, but watched one first for 1.99, then decided I liked it and got the Season one series. Called CS and they put the 1.99 toward a purchase for me. No matter what problem I come up with CS at Amazon fixes it. Also no waiting on the phone like is starting to get customary with the Q now.
Love Amazon and the Q should take a page from their CS and delivery system.
