Sorry if a 13 year old is engaging in adult relations that is on the parents. It is their JOB to keep an eye on her and keep her in line. She should be under adult supervision and given only privalges that are appropriate. This isn't anything new of course but thank goodness it is rare.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.
