Verizon!!!

Could not find Iphone 5 at my local Verizon store. Got one at Best Buy with a new contract. Best Buy had trouble tranferring contacts and pics from old phone to new phone. Best buy told me to go to Verizon store, they could help. Went to my local Verizon store. Yes, they have no Iphone 5 and don"t know when they will get one but....they wanted to charge me $25 dollars to transfer contacts and pics for me b/c I did not buy the phone at their store?! They did not have what I wanted. then, they told me if I gave them my old phone they would wave the $25 dollar fee! No, my husband wants the phone. What a scam!
