I once had a cake made with tomato soup and it was delicious, tasted like spice cake- So does carrot cake, IMHO...

I saw this on the news a few days ago. The reporter said it was going to sold in Japan. Then he added, there is a huge different between the Japanese and the American palate.

The carrot-orange might be o.k. I'm not a fan of veggies, at all, but I do like avocado smoothies. Nice and thick, etc. Can't taste the avocados, either.

It still has fat and sugar and I'm sure they aren't putting much veggies in the stuff. You aren't getting a whole serving of veggies, unless you eat the whole pint. That's assuming there's a cup of veggies in a pint. It probably tastes good as any flavored icecream. It might sell in Japan but Americans won't touch the stuff.

carrot orange might be very tasty. Put some pineapple and walnuts in there and call it carrot cake!

tomato cherry - not so sure about that one.
