I don't eat meat, eggs, poultry, or fish. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Most fruit that I know of and pasta are not allowed on keto. Some vegetables are allowed but you cannot get into ketosis with veggies, so if you are a vegan, keto is O-U-T.

KETO is not good no matter if one eats meat/dairy/eggs or not.
With 50-75% fat....that's not healthy & causes too much inflammation.
And what likes inflammation? Disease.

There are many sites that can provide suggestions for both vegetarian and vegans who want to do Keto. Those could provide you with some guidance as to the requirements.

Do not do this fad keto diet. Fruits, vegetables, grains, heart healthy nuts, olive oil, and exercise. You do not have to limit yourself to eating fat. Moderation is key.
