Valeries wreath this year

I have to say I am so disappointed in the wreaths this year.. the first delivery was over a wk late and when it arrived it was pretty much in bad bad shape.. needles everywhere and u couldnt even smell it .. I called customer service and they were kind enough to credit me and send another .. now this one smells like it should but it is far from lush and it is lopsided.. I am not happy with it at all.. anyone else having problems I am thinking about calling them back again and going somewhere else to get one this year..
