Vacation in Lancaster Pa.

Has anyone stayed at the Fulton Steamboat in Lancaster Pa? We want to take our 4 year old Grand daughter for a weekend in June and go to Dutch Wonderland. Many years ago we took our kids to Lancaster (they're all grown now) and we always stayed at Willow Valley. I've read some reviews that it isn't that nice anymore. The reviews said it needs lots of work and wasn't very clean. The Fulton looks kid friendly and I thought it might be a nice place to stay. Any other ideas?
