of "VANISHING SPECIES"
USA & WORLDWIDE

... and I have a big pile of "Vanishing Species" Animal Sticker Faces that I also stick on the envelope, beside the above Printing, on the outside envelope...
.... this so that ppl get a good, surprising look at those familiar animals that are a Vanishing Species!

I was so very upset about Cecil the Lion and about all these "trophy hunts" .....Thank you for all you do and support of animals.....
Im a member but a little miffed at wwf...they seem to direct more money to other "current topics"these days than actual important animal issues (cant get into it because that topic is banned).....I was hoping they would be more focused about trophy hunting, vanishing species, and poachers killing animals for ivory etc......and I even wrote them about it.... I was thinking of switching to IFAW.

I hear ya! that's one big reason i take total control, and write (the above, & in differing, eye catching colors) on every single envelope I sent out. (and share this with anyone who might want to do the same)...
I dont really totally trust what many "chariable organizations" do with my relatively meager donations anyway. Now, if I were rich & powerful, I wld donate large sums, *WITH STIPULATIONS*!.. and (*maybe* . *only maybe*) ... I'd have Lobbyists (for my issues), since unfortunately, that seems to be, in large part, what "encourages," most likely "motivates" politicians, ... esp given, if less & less ppl .. want to go out & place their vote (for whatever their reason is not to vote)
And that sending out "stuffed animals" .. with no way for a person to OPT OUT.. drives me a little nuts! (unless they can determine it does indeed produce more animal-life saving donations)
.. I dont mind, as much, the printed, advertising T-shirts tho
I cant imagine a world with no elephants.. no giraffes .. no Lions, no Tigers, no Pandas, no Red Foxes, No Manatees... the list is tremendous..
pssst ... *whisper* I even protested ("a certain, unnamed seller") selling "carved bone jewelry" obtained from the Bali Water (Asian) Buffalo, as these particular animals are on the "endangered species" list, killed *ONLY* for using their bones for carving jewelry!
This "particular certain seller" sold this for only a VERY, VERY short time.. thank goodness.
So, for now, I've settled on the affordable, meager donations, & total control of what I write on my envelopes. heh and whomever reads it.. reads it... along the way
