I ordered the HP20" touch smart computer with the bundle of items that comes with it. They sent the computer, but not the bundle and that has the Macfee 4 yr protection. The computer has no trial protection in it., so I can't set it up. Now I have to cancel the person coming to set it up this weekend. I also got the printer still in the box.
I'm mad at HP because on air they said bundle came with it. They didn't say on Advance order and waitlist. Mad at the Q because all CS can say is the usual, "I'm Sorry" and they don't know when I will get it, the Advance order doesn't say either. Coorporate doesn't answer my e mail
So I sit with two big boxes I will not set up and cancel the person helping to set up while I wait for a DVD that should have been included. I told the Q I will wait one week and then reaturn both as defective. You can't use a computer without protection, that's defective. You can't use the printer without a computer.
I will stop buying on the Q forever. They did me a favor. CS is not helpful. Their hands are tied, they are an answering call center it seems.
