Update to a problem with an e bay selller...

It was supposed to arrive between the 18th & the 31st. She finally shipped it yesterday and the tracking says it will get here on the 31st. So talk about snail mail - 13 days to get to Florida from Virginia.I wonder if someone is walking it here. And , since I ordered it on the 10th -21 days for delivery. And a nasty attitude to boot. SMH - will give her a review and never - ever - buy from her again.

Try buying from another country and wait three months and have it be the wrong item.  Socks instead of a tote bag.  Ebay helped me and I got credit.  But it was a long time.  The seller was booted.  Not just me.

I ordered a "lightweight" purse organizer from Amazon that was to come from China - it never got here. Amazon was great about it though.

@151949 I'm totally confused.  You say that you were provided an estimate that stated that the item would arrive between the 18th and the 31st, and that the item was shipped and determined to be arriving by the 31st.  So, what's the problem?  It is supposed to arrive in the window of time that was given, right?  If you write a negative review and try to damage someone's credibility, it will backfire. The seller will likely challenge your negative review, and when eBay reviews it, your review will be tossed out, and you are the one who will receive a black mark on your record as a buyer.  A lot of people use eBay as their livelihood. Many sellers and eBay itself don't take kindly to buyers who make false complaints.

I have a missing order from France, and the there was the shirt from Modlily.  It took over a month to ship, took another month to arrive, and while the stripes were in the right direction, the fabric of the shirt was TOTALLY different in type, stripe size and color.  I accepted a 50% refund, but I'll never order from them again, and the shirt will be at the garage sale.

I won't even go to look at e-bay - had good luck decades ago - but last time I paid for full order - only to receive partial.  Numerous phone calls were never answered and no answering machine to leave message.  It just isn't worth the hassle.  Buy elsewhere.

Exactly @TenderMercies, I really don't understand the problem at all! Her item has been shipped exactly as stated!

I have ordered from eBay for well over 20 years.  Just ordered three items today matter of fact. I never order from sellers outside the USA first of all.  Second I only order from top sellers with stellar current  ratings.  Always receive my goods and if there is a problem, they have always been nice and helpful to remedy the issue.

@TenderMercies

I am with you on this one, the seller usually sends a tracking number so one can follow the progress of the package

I also have an order coming from Florida that is supposed to be here Monday. The thing is, it’s been in Tucson for three days. Why it went to Tucson instead of straight to Phoenix is beyond me.
