Update on my eye surgery!

I just wanted to update all of you who have been so kind to pray for me and my eye surgery. My surgery was yesterday morning. It was supposed to be at 9:10, but I didn't end up getting called in until 10:30, and then I never actually had surgery until around 11:30 (or close to it). The waiting was horrible, as you can imagine!

I don't think I got sedated nearly soon enough, but all in all the surgery went okay. I went for my follow up visit this morning, and the doctor said everything looks good so far. I have to go back to see him tomorrow, so we are going to spend another night in Buffalo.

Although it was a very unpleasant experience, I had no doubt people were praying for me, and that most definitely helped me get through it.

Thanks so much to all of you for doing so!! I will continue to update you!.......so glad it is over!!!
