This was posted on MB's facebook page.  Thank G-d she's fine and looke like she needs some R&R.  I'm posting this for those of you who were concerned and don't do facebook or may not have seen it.

Hi everybody,
Mary Beth thanks all of you so much for your kindness, thoughts and prayers. She always said, “QVC customers are the best.”
Her doctor said she needs to rest. Mary Beth will be back on air with you just as soon as her doctor says she can.

I completely understand her privacy wishes. Just praying for her recovery.

I don't think the details of her accident are necessary for us viewers to know, just that she's okay and recuperating.

Why would anyone need to know the specifics of her accident?

Thank You for the update, glad to know that Mary Beth is resting and recuperating, and that she is not seriously injured.

If people weren't curious about things like this, there would be no newspapers or televised news.    People are always curious.  And if whatever happened in public, it's public news.
