NPR radio show Fresh Air had an excellent program today on this topic. Available online.

 

Good news: Mistaken identity problems have fallen way off. BUT it's gotten so good you can be ID'd with a covid mask on.

 

Good news: If you are a resident of Europe or five states here you can request your image be deleted from databases. BUT you have no ability to do that in 45 states.

 

Lots of usable thoughtful info. Worth spending 50 minutes listening to it.
